Because in America, the word snazzy really isnt used much, therefore can't not dress "snazzily". We go for "stylish" instead. But I guess snazzy is just as good.

To be truthful, the Brits are fairly boring contained in the way they gown. The French recognize a thanks to gown - and that i'm not being bias like you because i'm neither French, American or British :)
