I don't think so. The things that define the metrosexual identity are pretty well drawn out to be a males only thing. Women already have a wide range of styles of dress/behavior/personal grooming and I don't think it's possible (or needed) to redefine them.

No. They are naturally fastidious about their appearance and they only get a label if they don't meet a certain standard (chavette, scrubber...).

Only men are allowed to be metrosexual, as they aren't supposed to (generally) be as fastidious; in regard to their appearance - so the ones that do deserve a SPECIAL mention.

Sorry for the use of stereotypes to get my point across

By nature (supposedly), we are programmed to worry waaaay too much about appearance. Most of us spend hours getting ready, making sure every little hair is in place. So, we're metrosexuals by nature.

no i don't think so, there are some of us that are more high maintenance then others, i hate metrosexuals! yuck!

Males only because females are metro already it is like a straight guy saying he is a lesbian. It might be true but pointless.
