It's a well known saying but given the chance, if there is anything at all, what would you LITERALLY give an arm and a leg for????

Excellent question - when you think about it, it's a pretty heavy price to pay for something so I think the only thing I would do it for would be for the life of a loved one - I can't think there would be anything else on earth worth that much to me.
Is there anything you would do it for? Would have been interesting if you'd given an answer to go with the question.

I would give up a arm or a leg to make my neice "Nicki" healthy again. My niece went to a hospital in Glen Burnie, MD with flu like symptons and was mistreated. She actually had a blockage in her intestines. She ended up with septic shock - which lead to cardiac arrest - then to brain damage. She is now bed ridden and we take care of her at home. She is now 23 but this happen when she was 20 (3 months until her 21 st birthday).
