Yes you can get in trouble.. you are sending hazardous "medical" waste through the postal service. I am sure the is a law on the book somewhere that make this illegal.

Ummmm... I think if mailing a turd to someone was all you could think of to do with your life, you already ARE in trouble.

It kinda depends who you mail it with. Some people have higher security rates more than others,but that doesn't answer your question. No i don't think you can.

yes, since the person can get a disease from it, that is the same as sending a chemical weapon in the mail.
