When I start/restart my computer, "messages" load on the screen that I have to verify my subscription for McAfee (Spamkiller and Privacy Service) to keep using them, as they've expired.
I would like to remove both of these (Add/Remove Programs). What I'm wondering is - after I remove them, will I still receive these messages (they also pop up when I'm connected)? Do I have to let McAfee know I've removed the programs, so that the messages don't pop up anymore?

The pop up messages are generated by the software on your computer. If you remove the McAfee software the messages stop.

the is no necessity to inform macfee. if you are familiar with windows registry goto registry and delete the entries related ro macfee spam.

if you have un installed the antivirus software also then goto programs folder in drive c delete macfee folder

temove all the files in the windows\temp folder
