I love both movies but i think Equilibrium rocks!!!

I like Equilibrium better. The action scenes are great and lets not forget to mention the hot lead actor Christian Bale:):)

On a "per dollar spent" basis, Equilibrium beats The Matrix like a red-headed stepchild!

I thought Equilibrium was a really good movie, i loved the whole idea of it, but i have to say the Matrix just blew my mind. :)

i really really loved equilibrium but all the matrix movies are superior in both visual effects and philosophy

the matrix although equillibrium is much better than matrix 2 & 3.
found equillibrium full of holes, especially the fact that if they miss 1 dose they start getting emotions. you would have thought that a drug like that would last for a couple of days. it was a more thoughtful film though and i found it quite amusing when bale gives his excuse for rescuing the dog.
