Hi Stewie! I hope Saddam does not get Iraq back. I disagree with the reason why George and Tone went in - but years before other nations should have done something with regard to the genocide of the Kurds - but they were not "economically viable" so their plight was ignored.
George and Tone will suffer at the ballot box. Blair could have left power with some credibility. But his unchallenging following of Bush has damaged him every where in the world (except for the USA where the grasp of foreign policy is weak).
It's all a big dsigrace!!!

Are you really this stupid? This trial is one of several that Saddam is to face, given the stack of charges he has against him. Even if he was found not guilty on all of them, he was ousted from leadership by force. The trials have nothing to do with that.
Besides, no one is going to doubt the fact that he is guilty of genocide. Do some research. That is what he is currently on trial for.

But in all honesty, most likely not gonna happen. And i'm not sure either of them have the cahones to apologise over something that big!

Saddam's trial is a joke. The sad part is that it's Iraq's first taste of American Justice.

Although I am more than certain that he will be forund guilty, I don't think that that will happen- an apology from Tony Blair and George Bush?! I don't think so!

It's impossible for him to be found not guilty,that question has already been decided.This is a show trial,remember.I think he should have been hung from the nrearest tree after his capture.

This court case has to be the biggest joke the legal world has ever seen. I mean, the defendants were sat in the dock in only their underwear on one occasion!
There is no way he will be found innocent, but if he was to be found innocent, well he'd be shot dead on the spot.

I had not even considered the possibility.
If this occured, would he be freed from double jeopardy?
Should that occur, it would be a torpedo below the waterline for any GOP hopes for this November or November 08
