That is why they are third world. They have to have poverty, starvation, and disease. If these were irradicated somehow, the third world would invent them again. Please note that there has never been a need for any of these three.
Africa has 55 governments of which 26 were dictators in 2004. Does that tell you somethin? Us Africans have plenty of energy to go looting, raping, warring, but when it comes to farming we say we have no tractors or hoes or picks. Does that sound logical to you? I think not.

Its always the people mainly children that suffer in these countries the government is most certainly corrupt and not democratic ...please don't blame the people its their governments (supported by American money sometimes)
