Why have *any* one country be a superpower? It would appear to me that subordination of other countries has always been the Problem, right back to Rome, the Mongol Empire, and before!

Easy question, USA...

The EU still hasn't got it's stuff together
China is still Communist, you can't trust any Govt that doesn't trust their own people.
Russia is slipping back into oppression, not as long as Putin is in charge.
