I am trying to log on, I remember my signon but my password that I have been using forever will not log me in and then I cannot get in by answering the secret question because I cannot remember my answer. What else can I do?

Dear Angel, u cannot reset if you cannot answer the secret question! But u can alternatively send ur password to another e-mail address that you have given when sign up. If that does not help get a hacker who can help u out!!

Go to the sign in page and under knew accounts it will ask you a bunch of questions that you already did when you first signed up. when that is finished there is a lock at the top of the screen that will unlock for you. Then you will be able to access your account.
