sticking with Physical Therapy is the answer, by research, steroid injections and high dose NSAID's are not really helpful but they are worth a try if not done so far. In essence for such situations when weight loss is recommended 15-20 pounds max is what your physician or therapist would be thinking of, hopefully, feel free to email me with any questions

My daughter is the same age and does the same thing. She will eat great during her first and last feedings, but eat little in between. She is also very squirmy and active in general, so sometimes it's not that she's full, she's just squirming all over the place with pent up energy. I figured out the difference eventually. When she's full she will clamp her lips shut and refuse the bottle, where as if she is just very energetic she will take her mouth off the bottle, but then put it back in and drink more. I would say as long as she is happy and is gaining weight, have no worries.
