It does not clear while washing my penis with water....why the heck does this "white dirt" get formed on my penis in the first place? Please suggest and help..

If shower gels and soaps irritate it, buy a womens feminine wash, like femfresh. We use it on our parts and is soap free so it wont irritate. The white stuff is your body's natural cleaning secreations, and women get it as well. Remember not to rub it too much, not just for the obvious reason! But because you will cause it to become inflamed.

If this doesn't help, or the white stuff persists even after washing, go to the docs and see if maybe you have an infection.

If it won't come off with soap and water, it has to be some kind of coating bonded to the skin, so a fungal infection, such as thrush, is very likely. You'll need to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

The penis should be cleaned in the normal way, with soap and water, while showering. If you are uncircumcized, make sure you pull the foreskin back and clean under it properly during your shower. Also make sure you dry under the foreskin.

Are you sure you dont have a yeast infection? Does it smell? Have you had a doctor look at it? Are you sexually active? Sounds like a bacteria to me...best go get it checked out.. If it isnt and your just looking for a good gentle cleanser then try Spectro Jel...its excellent for all over boby washing...and excellent for pimply skin. Good luck with that.....

Listen there is something wrong here and you need to go to the doctor it sound like you could have thrush which is very treatable but it could be an std infection so the sooner you get it checked out the better, after youve got that sorted out use a little tea tree oil in your shower or bath its anti bacterial and smells fresh, good luk xx

The "white dirt" is called smegma, and it is natural. It is a combination of dead skin cells and seepage from your penis. Wash the area gently with soap and water.
