If you have evidence that will release him it is your duty as a good citizen to come forward. But suspicions or feelings aren't going to get by the courts.

A great video to watch on this topic is "Incident at Oglala".

I think it is a great look at how law enforcement operates when under pressure to pin a crime on someone.

Was Peltier railroaded? I thought so until they started talking about Mr. X. At that point, I thought Peltier lost all credibility.

Personally, I am not convinced either way on whether he did it or not.

He shot a couple of FBI agents in the 70's He is regarded as a political prisoner by my people.
