After conceiving, how long after do you or did you start feeling funny or started noticing something different?

Almost immediately.
1 week after ovulation I felt mild cramps, sore boobs, moodiness, very spotty then the montgomerys tubercles began. This was my dead giveaway. I found out last sunday that I was 3 1/2 weeks pregnant and my period wasn't even due until today!!!! I must be one of those who are v sensitive. I KNEW i was pregnant. Very bloated too

AS A SMOKER THE FIRST COUPLE CIGARETTES OF THE DAY MADE ME FEEL A BIT LIGHT HEADED AND FEELING A BIT SICK AFETR ABOUT A WEEK. I IGNORED IT NOT EVEN THINKING ABOUT BEING PREGNENT BUT ABOUT ANOTHER WEEK LATER - SO TWO WEEKS AFTER CONCEIVING I STARTED TO GET HOT FLUSHES AND FEELING ILL AFTER EATING BUT THEN AGAIN I AM A RATHER PECULIAR PERSON

For my child, it was like 8 weeks....I wasn't that sensitive. I was VERY stressed during that time. I had signs...but thought it was from the stress of school and work. Found out a week b4 chirstmas...Made a great xmas gift to my Mother and Father.

About the time my period was due my breast got really sore. I also noticed an increase in my appetite. It wasn't so much that I was craving something, but I would eat something and it was just like the best thing I had ever had.

With my first pregnancy I felt different at about 4 weeks and with my second it was about 4 days. I had a poofy feeling in my stomach and it sort of felt like I had a tennis ball in my belly.
