Absolutely! Vaginal bleeding occurs in over thirty percent of all pregnancies. Early bleeding is not a menstrual cycle but maybe implantation bleeding which is a few days of bleeding right around the time that the early embryo is burrowing into the wall of the uterus. On average, this occurs about 5 days after conception and is often mistaken as a period.

i had a period all the way trough 6 months of my pregancy

yes, my mother did, but technically it's not your period. It's usually light bleeding there is a name for it, but I cannot remember it right now.

well at first i thought of course not, everyone knows that, but after reading some of the answers here, i don't really now. i guess you should ask ur doctor, they'll explain it better than any of us.
