An oxygen mask with about 2-5 feet of tubing!
Put a joint in the end of tubing....suck as hard as you can...when you can't suck no more....someone takes the joint out and blows the smoke into your lungs...you cannot take a breath throughout this process...it would defeat the prupose...one toke over the line takes on a whole new meaning on this adventure....
