when your pregnant does that mean your will always feel nauseas on the first months and not enjoy eating foods and certain smells. is it always like this? does eeryone have morning sickness?

No, pregnancy symptoms are not even the same for the same person with different pregnancies. I never felt queasy when I was pregnant. With my first pregnancy, I had lots of energy, more than normal. With my last pregnancy, I was tired. With my first pregnancy, my joints hurt a lot; it didn't the other times. With my first pregnancy, I got over 300 stretch marks; with the other ones I did not get any.

I personally was sick for 9 months straight. My sister in law only for the first three months.
Everyone is different. Not everyone has morning sickness.
Depends on your body.
