I am male 50.Subconsciously , every hour I keep thinking of sleeping with a elderly female. This subconscious mind is active since I married at 23 years of age.Am happilly married for these 27 years but these thoughts persist. any reason ? any remedy ??

well, for starters, i'm 58 and many times during the day my mind wanders to sexual acts and fantasies. of course they have to remain as fantasies because i'm happily married for 34 years.
have you tried masturbating to your image of this eleder female?
have you shared your fantasy with your wife? be open with her and perhaps she could dress up like an elderly woman and behave like on too.
i suggest you do no act on the real thing. that's just my personal opinion. if i cheated on my wife, the guilt would kill me. however, when i cheat on my wife in my fantasy sex episodes i don't feel any guilt because i haven't really hurt anyone.

Nobody can prevent you from going to your "world of fantasies and dreamworld"...
As long as you can differentiate between the "fantasies" and "realities" ...
and as long as it does not interfere in your personal/family/social life, let them be there !
..because...without fantasies and dreams..the world becomes so boring to live in...
