Unchanged. They are chemical not physical.
You never see table salt separate into sodium and chlorine if you whip up salt water. Same thing.

excitable because the turbulent flow exerts potential and kinetic energy that affect the chemical bonds of molecules. think or it this way, heating water excites the water molecules which the expands the chemical bonds which then makes the molecular structure wider and would lose it's liquid form and would turn into gas (water vapor). likewise, if you place water vapor into a high pressure chamber, the gas's molecular structure shrink which change into liquid form and in higher pressure, solidify.
