Millions. Just take a look at the TV ratings, and see how many people are watching the games, then you would have to add the people in the stands.
Bear in mind, that number will not count the reporters, photographers and whoever else is at the game watching, that enjoy football. It also won't count the people not able to view the game on TV for whatever reason (Overseas, on business)

Since NFL football gives people an excuse to booze up for nine hours every Sunday, three hours on Monday night, and now on the occasional Thursday and Saturday ... there are a lot!
