In april(but anytime will do), there is the annual Antigua sailing week where boat and yatch owners meet to race and carnival is that same month i believe.
I love Antigua, I've been there twice and I love it. Prices are good, food is fantastic(visit Millers By the Sea for an evening lime), people are great and very friendly although they are terrible at giving directions, it is easy to get around with a rental car, beaches are plentiful and beautiful and there is practically no crime, Antigua is WONDERFUL.

July to august because that's carnival time but of course not every day. I've visited there and the beaches are great and there are so many as well
