Yes, indirectly, because smoking can enhance the deposition of fatty deposits in arteries which may result in insufficient blood flow to the required area.
A man who smokes is effectively gambling with the future of his willie. I don't know what the odds are because there are too many variables for anyone to have established them accurately - obviously the more tobacco a man smokes, and the longer the duration of his smoking, the greater the risk.
I need a cigarette after writing all that.

If I was any government in Europe where the geriatrics are far too many, I would encourage all young people to smoke so as not to live that long and also not to enjoy sex that much. That way the government save more money than they lose treating diseases.
In Africa where people only live to their 40s, I would whip anyone who smokes to try to make them live past 40 seeing that is a productive age.

As a sampler of many erections myself in my previous job, I can catagorically say that smokers have weaker erections than non-smokers. They also are out of puff faster and usually have no visible stuff in the condom.
If I was a wife I would not prefer a smoker for a husband. Thats purely a sexual decision.

It is true, and it can also reduce your sperm count. All in all smoking is not a good thing. As for the chances, I don't know - I guess it isn't all that easy to diagnose for certain that somebody is impotent because they smoked. I'd be more worried about death by cancer if I were you (I'm a smoker too btw, it's grim)

Is it cold in the Arctic? Let's see, smoking causes narrowing of blood arteries and veins. What makes an erection, could it be blood flowing down the todger's main highway. It will drop off in time, and it will be irreversible.

I don't think smoking effects erections... golly, I've been smoking about a pack a day and my penis gets as hard as a diamond cutting drill bit! I almost stabbed my wife to death one time with my rock hard willy! What nonsense! I hope this helps.
