Beggar's Bingo, using white elephant gifts.

Everyone gets a card with 10 spaces on it. They fill in numbers 1-50. The caller calls numbers until someone has all 10 squares checked off. Then the game is over. Each time a number is called everyone who has that number goes up to the table and takes a wrapped gift. When all gifts are gone from the table, people take gifts from each other. At the end you unwrap what you have. The end!

What we do, is everyone bring a gift that $15 or less, wrapped, the party. They go in a big pile. Everyone picks a number out of the hat. (However many people there are, that's the number of slips of paper numbered 1-whatever goes into the hat) and the person who picks #1 picks something from the pile first and opens it. The person who has #2 and each person after that, has the option of picking a wrapped gift from the pile or "stealing" someone else's gift that's been opened and that person has to pick from the pile. This game goes on and on until everyone has had their turn, then #1 gets the option to "steal" from anyone else and give them her gift. We always laugh like crazy when we do it. (Of course, it never hurts to be half in the bag when you do it! LOL)

heres one.

everyone gets kind of funny gag gifts.

even number of people to gifts. no names on the gifts.

every gets a number.

number 1 draws a gift. and opens it.
number 2 draws, and either takes number 1's and gives number 1 the unopened one..... or opens his own gift
number 3 draws, and either takes number 1 or 2's, giving his on in place of which ever he took, or opens his own.
go until all the gifts are drawn, at the end. number 1 can exchange his for anyones, since he didnt get an option at the beginning.

Secret Santa. You have everyone that wants to participate fill out a piece of paper and have them give a list of (lets say) 5 items under a certain price limit (lets say $20) and then have each person draw a name then on the day of the party you get to know who your Secret Santa is

White elephant.

Otherwise, have everyone role dice, and whoever get a pair gets to switch with whomever s/he chooses. (All the presents are still wrapped.) After everyone has switched a few times, then everyone gets to open the gifts.
