hmm a good old fashion haunted house always works best for the office, make some floor games to, like bowling or shufffle board and what not.

Have everyone dress up, or at least wear crazy hats. For games, have some sort of eating contest.

my daughters friend made her own version of fear factor that involved some really messy fun.
a baby diaper with chocolate and you have to find the prize mixed in it.
another was a chocolate with gummy worms and searching for a prize.
