I've never been there but planning to visit for Thanksgiving this year.

If you're going anywhere in Canada in November, Vancouver will be a better place than most. Prepare for rain, but it won't be as cold or possibly snowy as other parts of the country will be.

It will be raining cats and dogs.
Also, it will not be Thanksgiving in Canada -
in Canada Thanksgiving is in October and that would be a better time to visit.

Defiently bring an umbrella. Good chance you won't see the sun during the American thanksgiving time here.

Any time is a good time even when its raining it 's still a beautiful place to visit..very mild temp all year..

anytime is good for vancouver - the weather is purrfect - not too hot or cold EVER !!!!!!!
