Then book yourself some studio time, a producer, and some musicians (if you need them.) and record.
As for getting them on the air - no legitimate record company or radio station accepts unsolicted material. It's a legal thing of theirs. If you can find a radio station that has an unsigned act program, submit it there. Otherwise, play gigs, get your name out there, and sell the CD yourself at your shows or your website. Eventually, the labels and radio will come to you.
