My nickel size mole is getting hard now is that bad?

There are a couple things it could be. It could be a benign cyst which is nothing and would not even have to be removed unless you wanted it gone. It could also be a polyp or an "ick" as some dermatologists call it, again this is nothing and may not require any treatment. It might also be a form of skin cancer and you should go to a dermatologist as soon as possible to get it checked. They may want to take a small biopsy of it and send it off to determine the nature of the object. Expect this to take 5 - 14 days to get back, so don't get too nervous or freaked out, just go to the dermatologist soon. Good luck.

Ant changes to a mole are to be treated as suspicious, if u have any concerns u should go to the doctors and they can rule out anything serious xx

You should have it checked out by your doctor....It might be harmless, but it could indicate skin cancer. Any changes in your moles should be discussed with your doctor.

If it looks funny or feels funny you should she your doctor skin cancer is so common these days don't take the chance.
