Not only is she for real, but judging from the applause that accompanied her remark equating the evil of fundamentalist Muslims and Christians, there is part of the American public that believes she speaks the truth.
The difficulty comes about when you love something in yourself more than you love God: in this case, I have to assume that she is against Christianity because it says that homosexuality is a sin. For the record, Islam is in agreement on this point.
I gather that Rosie O'Donnell (sic) only recognizes lukewarm Christianity that stays away from Biblical teachings. Of course, this point of view isn't new: it's called secularism. One can remain a Christian under this view but moderate Christianity also maintains that God should modernize Himself from time to time to keep up with His creation's whims. One has to assume this has to do with not only homosexuality but also with gender difficulties with the trinity. This also is not a new concept.
It is sad that homosexuals argue that God made them that way and therefore they are accepted by God. In one sense they are right, however: they remain loved by God, as do all of His creations, even when they are sinning. The difficulty is the issue of how they wish to treat their sinful dispositions. Each of us struggles with his own issues in different ways, but none succeeds without God's help.
Enemies of God do not deserve our ridicule but do deserve our prayers. Please pray for Rosie O'Donnell and all those who applauded her sad remark. Pray, too, for those who would call themselves Christian, but do not follow His path.

O'Donnell is for real..as in a real idiot . A real hypocrite . A real no talent . A real eyesore and ear-sore .
She seems to hate everything and now she's got a network paying her to spread even more hate . This is a person who says Christians are worse than the 9/11 terrorists ; a person who likes to hate gun owners -UNTIL it comes to her sons body-guard bringing a loaded gun to school-against the protests of other parents-while LOUDLY proclaiming SHE doesn't own a gun ...
Why anyone would want to watch this disgusting trash is beyond me . For anyone to claim that cancer is caused by telling lies ;and says more lies brings more cancer-THIS is what they put on TV ? And pay her for ? Somebody buy her a burka and a one way ticket to the life she seems to long for . Then O'Donnell can aid & comfort terrorists all she wants . If they applauded her remarks , it was because those shows put on the applause meter, to get you to applaud . They were probably appalled when they realized what they applauded .

Dude, I hated the view to begin with and only was forced to watch it in clips on other shows, or in a wating room or something. I caught a few moments here and there now with Rosie and damn, it makes me stupider by the second just thinking of it. I thought Rosie was all washed up, at least I had hoped so. Now we still have to hear her loud obnoxious mouth once a morning.

The View ratings went way down last fall and needed someone the public hates to revive them. Star J, became too self-confident and too unmanageable so they went with someone that reminds them of how Star J used to look before she got a life. How tall is Rosey? Where is her arms and neck?.

Yes she is real, unfortunately she is not real as far as humanity is concern, her views are so surreal that it is sad, that she is allowed to be on TV. This is one case where which is worse, to be seen and not heard or heard and not seen, oh the heck with it she should not be seen nor heard.
