Ah, well this is driving me crazy. I hope you guys can help. From the 8th - 12th, me and this guy were messing around. I had ovulated on the 30th of august to somewhere around the 1st. I know this because I get light spotting around that time. When me and the guy were together, we didnt engage in sex, but close to it as possible. I'm worried I may be pregnant.
*** He fingered me and although he never went "in" (just rubbed up around the area) he MIGHT have had dry precum on his fingers. Also, before he fingered me he always rubbed against my stomach or panties first.
*** We were in a hot tub together and although it wasnt hot, could the sperm have swam into me? Please keep in mine I had shorts on.
Now, taken all this into consideration, am I pregnant? My period is supposed to come today and I am usually very regular. I'm so worried. Plus, from what I have read, eggs only live 24-48 hrs. If I ovulated on the 30th-2nd of this month, am I safe? I sure hope so.
Please help.

if you are young you could be more likely to have irregular cycles. you may have ovulated again or just be late. Especially is you don't "mess around" very often.

While I can't say it's impossible, I think the chances of you being pregnant are slim to none. Especially if you were in the water. Don't most hot tubs have a bacteria preventative in them, like Chlorine? Also, you were past your ovulation point, so that further reduces your chances. I've heard of women that have gotten pregnant without sexual intercourse, but I have never met anyone or known someone who knew anyone to have become pregnant that way (in or out of the water).
I wouldn't worry about it, but if you can't stop thinking about it, the best solution is to purchase a pregnancy test and get it over with. If your period is due today, pretty much all of the tests are going to be fairly accurate. No one here can tell you if you are pregnant or not. Most people wait until their period is a little more late then that because stress and other situations can cause a period to be delayed. Also, the day isn't over with. It could come at any time.
If it makes you feel better, it took me over a year to get pregnant while having regular sex without protection.

It is very highly unlikely that you are pregnant. Your most fertile moments are the 1-2 days before ovulation to 1-2 days after. Based on the dates you provided, you are far outside that window.
Like the above poster said, if you are still concerned, take a test. You can usually find reliable tests for less than $6 or $7 at a pharmacy or even Wal-Mart.

I highly doubt youre pregnant. That's just my opinion. People on here are gonna tell you that sperm can live up to 5 days and blah blah blah....but that's only under GREAT circumstances...and it also has to do with the quality and quantity of the sperm. if it was pre-*** then it was a little bit and there's a small chance that they were still around long after. I wouldnt worry.

I'm pretty sure you are not pregnant. If you are you probably are one and a billon that got pregnant that way. You can buy the new EPT test that can tell you a week before your period if your pregnant. Sometimes the stress of thinking you are pregnant can make it come late.

nope u r wrong my dear, nothing to worry abt ur period will come soon just wait for some days and see. a sperm need direct entry through vagina to swim and to get into ur utreus, even if his *** is dried on his fingers u wont get pregnant coz sperms are already dead. if he do sex putting his thing into ur vagina and if his *** inside then u may get pregnant if its not safe period. moreover dont worry his sperm wont move in the water to reach ur vagina, just relax dont get tensed.

You should be fine... just to be safe, buy a test and take it. They have become more sophisticated than ever before and the ability to catch an early pregnancy is elevated to even days BEFORE your period. Best of luck!

stop fooling around like this. if you dont want to get pregnant dont play with fire. i highly doubt your pregnant, take a test to be sure and get on birth control soon

you should buy a pregnancies test to make sure you're not pregnant.
after that I think its not wise to do that things again, take every advice you get from this forum..
