No, this is the VWBC! It's an entirely different tourney, read their blog -- even Lichtenstein is in it!

The WBC was in the spring and won't be around for another 3 years.It was only a month long.
And No England did not participate.

WHAT??? haha the wbc was in in early spring. and of course england didn't even play in that one, so i guess the answer is no they aren't. you are talking about something else entirely, the VWBC, which is not something i'm aware of

WHO CARES! Tell them to play cricket, or soccer. The wbc was back in march, there are some exibition games in November, but no they are not still in it.
