My heart goes out to you and your uncle. I would let him know how you feel by telling him more about your feelings. Perhaps he'll open up to you. However, don't pressure him into anything. Let the communication from him be his choice. People tend to be closeted for many reasons other than shame; and I despise those who would out anyone, not knowing the consequences of the ripple effect. Your uncle's position isn't something to take likely.

Talk to him, you might even mention your own bisexual nature, but more than anything just be there for him. If he wants to talk, he will. Hinting that you "know" might cause him more embarrassment than anything else. Let him decide what he wants t talk about(or if he even wants to talk at all.)
