Last week i downloaded yahoo messenger on my computer and i had to delete it because it just wouldn't open up

may sure your firewall is letting it open . if not just re download it to desktop.and open it after you open it and get it to run just simply hold ctrl /c and than paste(ctrl/v) in a folder where you like to have it . note you dont need the downloader if you already opened it . so you can delete it

If you have a Mac, or another computer, you may need to change your version to something that has a different platform. (The program of the messanger will give you the options when you start downloading) Good luck!
