In my opinion I'd have to say Rally's/Checkers. I have never seen a counter person there understand an order the first time. Exact quote from last week: "Wait, wait, Ummmm...that was a large Coke and...... what?" The sad thing was I wasn't in the drive-thru so I got the full facial expression first hand.

Jackson Hewitt employs some pretty lame people. I went there to get my taxes done last year and the girl didn't know what she was doing. I had to tell her about some of the tax laws regarding IRA premature distribution exceptions. At that point I got scared and I ran. I realized that if the Jackson Hewitt employee is going to use a tax preparing program and just follow the prompts, then I could do that myself way cheaper.

I would have to say Farmers and Merchant Bank in southern California. By far the worst employees. Not only unitellegent but also incompetent
