First start by telling yourself YOU ARE the only driver in your journey through life. It all starts with you & ends with you. If something happens you don't like,....how you react to the situation is 1/2 the battle. Don't let others push your buttons, because then their in control. Don't react the way others expect you to act. Have your own set of likes & dislikes and try to keep true to those standards. Respond to negative things in a positive manner. You can pull something good out of everything that goes wrong. Life seems to throw us certain scenarios (lessons) & they play over & over again through different situations with different people until we get what it is life's trying to show us.
Like some people keep finding that they are constantly being taken advantage of,...maybe their life lesson might be to not flash their money & materialistic things in the faces of those who have much less or nothing.
Maybe the lesson they needed was to not flaunt or brag of worldly things only to make others feel less important because they don't have.
Make sense?
You can change you world by changing your point of you.
Once this man cursed me out for something he did wrong,....& I remember telling my aunt of this. I was beating myself up thinking what the heck did I do to deserve this? My aunt said to me "what do you think you're that special that this man ONLY talked down to you, that this man ONLY cursed you up one side & down the other?"
"This man treats everyone he knows like that. You just happened to be the one on the receiving end this time."

Regardless of what everyone thinks, life is not meant to be a struggle. It should flow with effortless ease.
The universe is benevolent. It you would simply learn to romance it a little, the universe will lovingly orchestrate an infinite number of details so that events and circumstances will bring love, joy, prosperity and stability into your life.

Me personally,believe, that psychology and psychiatry is a fraud.
When u realize that u r already perfect and stop struggling with this sense of whats right or wrong in ur life u will get better. Guilt or discrimination of ur thoughts will hender u. Don't be hard on urself and control will come.

Ego and image is the basis for all problems. Most of the times just learn to congratulate the winner and accept the defeat gracefully. You may be surprised to find that even your worst enemy will become your friend just by changing our attitude. We have to create a social support system around us to manage such moments in life. Have you tried having a more positive out look on things. It does help to not always say that everything goes wrong. Try looking at what went wrong and say I will not let it bring me down. There is more to life than this one thing.

I believe that you need to stop thinking negatively and make it a rule that you will not tolerate any negative activities or people in your life. You need to believe in yourself and make things go the way that you want them to go. Life is too short to let it slip by on a negative note. Make things happen for yourself and think positive. When you fall down get back up and try again until you get it the way that you want it. Chin up! This too shall pass! I know I have been there, I choose to smile now and make things right for me.

just hold on ,write down each n everything which you feel is not right also write how do you think you can improve those things .
writing down all this will give you relaxation n then may be you can start with each thing one at a time it really takes time so relax
