I know, the spelling is probably wrong.

It's a song by Mr. Mister called Kyrie Eleison
"Kyrie Eleison" is Greek for "Lord Have Mercy"
Here are the lyrics...
Kyrie - by: Mr. Mister
The wind blows hard against this mountain side
Across the sea into my soul
It reaches into where I cannot hide
Setting my feet upon the road
My heart is old, it holds my memories
My body burns a gemlike flame
Somewhere between the soul and soft machine
Is where I find myself again
CHORUS:
Kyrie eleison, down the road that I must travel
Kyrie eleison, through the darkness of the night
Kyrie eleison, where I'm going will you follow
Kyrie eleison, on a highway in the light
When I was young I thought of growing old
Of what my life would mean to me
Would I have followed down my chosen road
Or only wished what I could be

Yes, the song is Kyrie, and is one of the most misquoted songs ever because it is so hard to understand. Many people think it's the name of a girl, but it's Latin for "God is my light" or something very close to that. So your interpretation is actually fairly accurate.

yeah, sounds like kyrie elaison. those are the words instead of "clearly the way". it's by mr. mister. (from the 80's) and kyrie elaison is well, i think it might be from greek or latin and means "lord, have mercy"
