a little black dog that didn't like anyone!!

My first pet was a kitten we called Michelle, after the Olsen twins, in Full House
She was all with with a lil gray on the top of her head. She was just so cute, I cant remember how long we kept her but I do remember that we never brought kitty litter so she went to the bathroom all over the place and my mom just wasn't having it.
I also remember Michelle catching and eating a mouse in our aprtment, i was so disappointed in her for doing that (i was about 10 years old then) lol...Any way we had to give her away..i miss her still..she was the best cat ever.

Yes, I remember my first pet very well! I used to help my mom feed it too, and they used to attack the food like anything. When I was about 5, we had 6 goldfish in a HUGE tank, each fish belonged to one person in my family. I remember watching my mom clean the tank on occasions. When the first fish died, my (older) sister told me that it was my fish that died and I was devastated. But obviously, today I know that you can't tell the difference between which is which.

My first all-by-my-self-pet was a tabby tomcat I had in college. He was so calm that I could wear him like a fur collar. He followed me around campus and liked to go to sleep in the student union and the residential community's office. He would bring me kittens and "ask" if he could have a kitten. When he was 5 or 7 years old, he got a kitten. They were inseparable.

I had 3 caterpillars that I got off a tree at a park, when I was probably about 5 years old. I named them Woody, Work, and.. I don't remember the 3rd one. Then they turned into white moths and we set them free.

My first pet was a doberman pincher named Princess. She was chocolate brown and extremely protective of me. My parents could never reprimand me because she would start growling at them! It was so funny because it drove them crazy! She was gorgeous and so sweet but someone stole her out of my backyard while we were gone one day!

First pet that was actually mine was a guinea pig. His name was Mikey and he was white with orangish/tan spots. I was 6.
