Sounds like it's running rich on the pilot and needle. You need to learn and understand the basics of jetting. Try raising the clip (dropping the needle) one groove for starters. Get the dents out of the expansion chamber or buy a new pipe. For trail riding try an oil-fuel ratio of 40:1. For motocross use a 36:1 to 32:1 ratio.

-Dents in your exahust won't make that much of a noticable difference.
-Mix your fuel @ 32:1 - Only use quality name brand 2 cycle motorcycle oil. Don't use any junk you get from an auto parts dealer. Don't use stuff for outboard boat engines, chain saws or weed wackers.
-Clean the air cleaner and don't over oil it.
-Repalce your reed valves with "Boyesen Reeds".
-Check that your power valves are working smoothly. Remove the cover on the side of the cylinder and operate the valves by hand.

To fix your pipe, remove it and plug both ends such that you can pump it up with your air compressor. Then gently heat up the dented area with a torch. The dent will pop right out! This won't fix your blubbering issue however.

Hi :) This has to be a carburettor problem. Adjust your carb. Check the setting up against what the repair manual says.
If this shows no improvements then check your ignition. And the lead from coil to the plug.
