Filter out carbon. Compress and cool off gasses - CO2 becomes dry ice long time before oxygen liquifies.

Otherwise centrifuge gases (as in enrichment of uranium).

Or dissolve CO2 in water. Oxygen has lower solubility in water.

Electrolyis will not work because it is thermodynamically unfavorable. The only mechanical means which might have a hope is a very low pressure vacuum and that could take years.

EDIT: Electrolysis is NOT thermodynamically favorable, true, but it's also not photosynthetic.
