Yes, it's wrong. Life is a precious gift.

In the long run, it doesn't matter. In a thousand years, no one will no if you were ever around. None of us will be remembered, unless we're a Hitler or Alexander the Great type person. Your name may be etched on a tombstone or inked on a family tree somewhere, but even that will eventually turn to dust.

You make an impact on your kids or family, but they too will turn to dust. So what's the use of any of us to live.

The short answer is that we have a temporary meaning to life.....to decrease pain and increase pleasure. All else is lost to oblivion.

You ask about suicide, there's no judgement, right or wrong. It's a mental disorder that goes against our primal instincts for survival.... What does that have to do with right or wrong?....nothing.

Right and wrong are subjective terms, what one person views as right, another may think is wrong. Suicide is cowardly, it is generally caused by an inability to deal with the pains of living. The thing is, pain does go away, maybe not if you're rotting away with cancer or something but everyday pains, the desire for that which we do not have, the loss of what we no longer have, fade. Sometimes you're happy, sometimes you're sad but I think it's better to feel than not to.

this is a big question that has no easy answer. The quick answer is yes, it is wrong because everyone is special and gifted and life is a precious gift that should not be wasted. And even the darkest of times end and it gets better.

Then there is the medical issues...is it wrong to commit suicide when you have a terminal illness with no hope? This is the question that only that person and their family can answer.

Well I believe that it is. And from what I know, most religions consider it to be wrong as well.

On a personal note I believe that is an selfish act on that persons part. To have ones family go through that is devastating. To be miserable yourself is one thing, but to make your entire family and friends miserable is another.

We've all had problems in our lives, but if our life isn't where we want it, and how we want it to be, then that person should change it!

For young people with problems that time will take care of; it wrong, for an older person or someone terminally ill and in constant pain,I think I might pull that trigger!

Yes, it is wrong because our lives are for God to take. We do not have the right to end our lives according to the Word of God. I will try and find the specifics.

Yes, it's wrong. It's taking away a human life. That's called murder, which is frowned upon by every law that I know!

Depends. If you are sick and in pain and there is no cure, then why not? But if you are depressed or ashamed then you should just hang in there. Nothing lasts forever, not the good, not the bad.
