Not at the same time. You have to decrypt the movie first onto your hard drive. Then use your DVD writing software.

U can use dvd decrypter to decrypt the movie to ur hard disk then use dvd shrink to reduce the size so it fits on a 4 gig dvd.
if you mean at the same time to copy the same disk, then probably but it will be very slow. olus why would you do that?
