No one is stopping you from being creative in your own home.

Creative artist do not look to their country's leaders for permission to be creative. Throughout history, creative acts have been accomplished under less what are now considered as "ideal circumstances." The create artist operates and acts out in spite of, not because of, the demonstrative approval of his or her leaders. The creative enterprise is a revolutionary event and, as such, it is one which is more properly born of hunger, poverty and repression rather than scholarships, approval and honorariums.
The creative artist creates art because he or she has no other choice. It's not somthing that can be made to flourish under ideal conditions.

How does your country's leadership have anything to do with your creativity? Sounds like you are trying to rationalize your own failures. No one has that kind of power over your every day life and functioning. Quit playing the victim and go out and do whatever your passion is.

Seriously though, most countries don't have freedom of speech, press, religion. If you live in a country where you have these freedoms be thankful to those who fought to defend that right and don't take these freedoms for granted. Speek up or be shut up.

and then, follow their way.
learn from them.
be the next leader.
so now, u r the leader.
u can do anything that u like.
respect the humanity.
build the better leadership as what u want.
that's called creative.
