If they are red and they hurt go see your Dr. ASAP !!!
it can be breast cancer. or it can just be cause by your period either way see your doctor.

oh there is a reason, you just don't know what it is yet. It could be hormonal changes, pregnancy, and infection starting.....you need to see your doctor.
