Before you dive in make sure it is warm, moist, and soft. Check to make sure there is not a strong odor present and that a crust has not formed on the surface. You could even stick your finger in first to make sure it is hot inside also. I would start with just a lick or a small nibble to make sure it tasted OK before I just went whole hog. Good luck. I love lasagna!
