Whether the answers are long or short pick out the main important words of the answer and form a new word with the first alphabets of those main words. Now, you have to just remember that new word formed to remember the whole answer. Try it-you WILL SUCCEED !

Try making a word. For example, the word HOMES helped me remember the Great Lakes: Huron, Ontario, Michigan, Erie, Superior.

Instead of trying to REMEMBER THE ANSWER WORD FOR WORD...try read it and understand it, so that you can put it into your own words.... then it becomes simple to remember just by using a keyword

Study in a quiet place and really learn the material. Flash cards also help alot -- they did for me.

write the answers down....and try to write them in laymans terms so that you can remember easier....also read the answers aloud...usually once it is spoken it is easier to remember...if i study for an exam i do both simultaneously....write it down while dictating to myself
