I'm sorry, I guess I thought the landmark judgement against the Tobacco companies a few years ago was a pretty big "cry". OR, the dozens of "The Truth" commercials against tobacco.

I've never heard of Mothers against Coca-cola, but I have heard of Mother's Against Drunk Driving.

Tobacco has really been beaten down in the past couple decades. Alcohol, well no, not really. But there is a much stronger cultural tie to alcohol than tobacco.

Time and again Cola or Pepsi have known to pay millions as out of court settlement for complaints or cases lodged against it. So people want to take advantage, extort more from these Companies.Cigarettes and Alcohol come under different brands, sizes and tastes and as such a single company cannot be held liable. And those who complain about cigarettes or alcohol are one in a million so they remain unheard.

Coca Cola do things like murder trade unionists in Colombia and contaminate drinking water in India, not to mention the way they sell it in schools and make kids fat/ruin their teeth.

The fact is, there's lots of bad things in the world.

You can't personally fight against every evil - you just have to protest against the ones that particularly piss *you* off.
