Because you live on an island and it's relatively small compared to the larger continents like the United States of America is located. We therefore have more resources for our citizens due to an increase in tax revenues and a large group of dental labs!

Yeah positive the in basic terms difficulty meaner than a senior citizen guarding their row of slot machines might want to be an same senior citizen that spent extra funds than they were meant to in those slot machines and walks out without prevailing from their preciously guarded machines!!!

many people can't afford to. As a child my parents never took me to the dentist, when I was 18 I started going to the dentist and paying for my dental bills luckily my teeth weren't in bad shape and I still have them all, lol my parents couldn't afford to take me or my sister to the dentist when we were children, the government should give free dental and healthcare to all citizens.
