to me it's everything. That was why I divorced my first wife. she thought once a week was too much.

All aspects of a person ... mental, physical, and spiritual, are important for a balanced, loving relationship; however, there are many ways to show sexual love between husband and wife. I was married at 19 and 3 months after, my husband fell and broke his back. If I demanded sexual intimacy as my "right," we would have divorced right then. I believed marriage was much more, and our Wedding vows said: "in sickness or in health," so I persevered. There are many ways to show physical love besides actual sexual i......... like touching, kissing, etc. The most important is to have compassion and Biblical "true" love ... like the "love chapter" in 1 Cor. 13. That kind of love never fails.

Yes, sex in true love, in the bed, the bath, the car, the dressing room, the frozen food aisle. Yes, sex, anywhere.
How come there isn't a Sex Day? Where the whole world can just have sex with anyone? Wouldn't that be cool? Even ugly people would then get some. Ha!

I think that sex is important in a healthy, mongamous, loving, relationship. Unfortunately, many of us have been with a person that we shouldn't have been with and then the next thing you know..we are attached. I think this is why many preach,"wait until marriage." But that's easier said than done.

The importance of sex in any relationship is defined and decided by each person. Hopefully, in a healthy relationship, the importance placed on sex is compatible. I believe that sex enhances an already stable, mature relationship. It can be the basis of a relationship, too.

Even a blind person needs to hear, touch, smell and taste even. Sex isnt needed per se.
All physical senses....love is a true physical sense. If you can feel pain from a loss of love is that not physiological? If your body feels strong and happy from love is it not physical as well? Seeing the person you love that makes ur heart race and your tummy flip inside and a smile or tears of joy...it's physical.

Sex is not important in any relationship. Physical contact is. Intimacy is. But not intercourse. Think of it this way.... if your true love had a terrible accident and could no longer have sexual intercourse, would you leave them or love them for who they are and find other ways to be intimate together?

Ten years ago I would of said it wasn't important. But, than I was in a sexless marriage. And now I am remarried and have a lot of physical attraction to my husband. It is so much better. I feel better about myself. More in love, EVERYTHING is better. In every aspect. It is so important.

True love can overcome a lot of thngs. If my spouse could never have sex with me again I would still love him. And it's not because the sex isn't good it is fantastic.
