You are only deleting the temporary internet files, so u are not deleting any of his personal files. Every page you visit is first stored to your pc thats what you are deleting, it shouldnt be a problem.

The landlord's files will still be there. They're permanent.

Temp files are different.

The temp files you should delete are just junk on the computer that should be deleted to help it run better.

No need to worry.
