OK, if referring to as when you do it to yourself it's called manual masturbation, if it was by your partner then it's called mutual masturbation. But you might want to say you or they 'touched me inside my vagina'

I would like to suggest a tactful and educated way to present it. Tell the doc you had sexual activity and your organ got infected because your PARTNER'S HAND WAS PROBABLY NOT CLEAN. That would be the most straightforward, educated and non-embarassing way to describe it. To make it less embarassing, avoid using terms like masturbation, stimulation and manual.
