I have a better idea. You can print to a PDF file and have your customer read it using Adobe Acrobat.

http://www.cutepdf.com/products/cutepdf/Writer.asp

Use the above link to get the program installed and print to CutePDF Writer like you would to any printer and instead of printing, it will create a PDF file that can be read by Adobe Acrobat Reader.

This program is completely free (non-pro version) and so is the Adobe Acrobat Reader and most people have it installed on their computer already.

This solution is better than scanning because a scanned file is larger than a PDF file and the resulting file will look like a "faxed" page.

Can we do this from the printer? Normally I do with the scanner. I just scan it and save it...can be in the "my desktop" or "my document". Once you scan & save it don't forget where do you save. Write the email and brownse it on the "attachment" button. click on the file you save. Here we go!

scan it and save as a adobe acrobat file, from the options. Then attach the file to an email which you will be sending to your client.

Scan to a word document or pdf. Then when you email it attach it to the email as a file.

assuming you have a scanner, scan the image and save it as a file, then send that as an email attachment.
